A smart scheduling tool for dental practices that detects last-minute appointment cancellations and offers the times to patients via SMS based on specific criteria.
Overview
Fill-In is a tool that is included in the Lighthouse 360 product. It automatically detects cancellations in a practice’s calendar and offers that appointment time to patients at the click of a button. After usage of the feature had declined and customers were asking for more added functionality, I was tasked with conducting generative research to define the problem, and come up with a solution to increase usage and customer satisfaction.
